Pukatea is a unique native New Zealand tree which produces an alkaloid "pukateine" - a natural analgesic. Pukatea balm works very quickly and rapidly reduces pain, however it may wear off quickly too as and need one or two applications to completely reduce strong pain. We have combined the fast acting Pukatea with the slower acting Tataramoa to produce a balm that gives lasting pain relief.
